Principal's Note

Dear John Ehrhardt Students and Families:

Welcome to the new school year! I hope you enjoyed a summer vacation filled with fun and exciting memories with your loved ones. We are thrilled to welcome all of you back to a new school year of learning and growing.

Personally, I am grateful and elated to begin this journey with you as your Principal. Over the past summer, I have had a chance to meet many of you and your children, and look forward to continue building a strong relationship with all of you in the upcoming year. As we enter this new school year, I want to let you know that our staff will be engaging in conversations around having a growth mindset, both for themselves and for all students. We believe that every person in this building should always be growing and learning. Despite obstacles that may arise, we must always believe in our ability to rise above challenges and come out stronger on the other end.

Lastly, as stated in my introduction letter, it takes teamwork and partnership to create an outstanding educational experience that promotes academic excellence for all students. One of the most vital parts of a student’s success in schools is the amount of engagement a parent has in the child’s learning. I am delighted to hear that Ehrhardt families are engaged families who volunteer in classrooms, chaperone field trips, participate in fundraising or serve on our PTO and SSC. I strongly believe that collaborations between families and the school is one key that drives student achievement.

I look forward to a great school year. Please reach out with questions or concerns.

Warm Regards,
Marianne Williams
Principal
